Summary of TM-44 Accessories

MC-01: Panel mounted batch controller with display of flow rate and total. Option for 4-20mA output signal of flow rate. The standard version is without the clear front door shown on the data sheet and the protection rating of the front panel is IP-50. The door option has an additional cost and increases the protection rating to IP-54. There is an option for an IP-65 level of protection which provides a silicon membrane over the front but this option can not be used with the door option.

MT-02: Panel mounted batch controller with display of total only. Lower cost than MC-02 and does not have flow rate display.

CI-420: Signal converter to convert frequency output from TM-44 to 4-20mA signal. Rail mount in enclosure that is not weather proof, this transmitter is usually mounted in the enclosure for the PLC or DCS inputs etc.

DFD: Signal converter to reduce the frequency of the TM-44 signal into a lower frequency that is more suitable for connection direct to a PLC or DCS input card. It is in the same type of enclosure as the CI-420. The DFD can be used in parallel with the MC-01 or MT-02 but, in this case, requires the use of the APTM44 amplifier.

APTM44: An amplifier for the TM-44 to enable the TM-44 signal to be transmitted over a long distance.

The MC-80 is an old version and no longer exists. There are individual data sheets for the MC-01, MT-02, CI-420 and DFD.

Turbine Meter, Batch Control

- High precision flow measurement of liquids (up to 100mPas), accuracy ±0.5%.
- Optional electronics to provide flow indication, totalisation and batch control.
- For liquids only. TMG-44 version for gases is no longer available
- For pipe sizes 10mm to 500mm.
- SS-316 body SS-420 propeller.
- Pulse output or 4-20mA signal.
- Not suitable for high viscosity liquids, best when viscosity less than 50 cP but must be less than 100 cP .
